The Saddle Pack Rat is a universal platform and stick carrier pack that acts as a knee pad once in the stand. The center channel allows various sized platforms to stay centered and secured in the pack. The Pack Rat design allows climbing sticks can be carried in the vertical position to avoid tangles and hang-ups.
The DLX is our newest Pack Rat edition with integrated shoulder straps.

Haven’t used it for hunting yet but it seems very well made and thought out. Customer service was great with Scott personally reaching out to check on my order and save me some money as well.
The overall construction is highly quality. I do like the improvement to the metal buckle on the tree hugger vs the plastic on the previous bags. The tree hugger straps nicely to the rat pack and the platform and sticks attached well also. After the first sit I could tell this system will streamline my climb as well as make it quiet as a mouse. If your thinking about buying I recommend do not hesitate!!!!!
Quick response and professional and the backpack is great. Very compact
I have not had a chance to use it yet but the build quality looks excellent. Everything packs up nice and compact and I love the little details that make the back very user friendly.
Seems to be very well built and very functional. Can't wait to use it.
